Hollywood Park Race Track - November 13, 2008

Race 2 Pick(s): Shelter Island. Ballestero is the 2-1 favorite, but my GHR Numbers show that Shelter Island's 10/10/08 effort is actually stronger than Ballestero's 10/16/08 effort by several lengths. Moves up in class, but the numbers say Shelter Island is faster. Oceanography is the X factor coming from New York and he does have outstanding connections. If you are worried about the A+ connections beating you, would recommend that one over Shelter Island in an exacta.

Race 3 Pick(s): Tice. He is the 9/5 favorite, but according to GHR Numbers, he is several lengths the best, and it's nice to know rider Aaron Gryder doesn't have to worry about Gomez or Bejarano in this one. He should win this one.
