Race 4 Picks: Waafi. Has a GHR Number of +7 earned on 8/8 at Del Mar Race Track, and believe the 87 Beyer assigned to him that day should be closer to 97. If Spot the Diplomat draws in he'll be dangerous. Tribal Chief is the other threat. The Dark Horse in this race is Steady Demand who may be improving, and will consider if he draws in.

Race 6 Picks: Taxi Fleet. Hoist the Sail is formidable and has a very slight edge in terms of GHR Number over Taxi Fleet, but given that he draws the rail and gets Rosario going up against Bejarano on Taxi Fleet, I will give Taxi Fleet the slight edge, but recommend a box with Hoist the Sail over Taxi Fleet as well.

Race 8 Picks: Little Gypsy. At 20-1 on the ML, I believe this horse will outrun her odds. She got within 2 1/2 lengths of Lighten Up Rule on 6/13/08, and ML favorite North Rodeo got within 1 1/2 lengths of that one, so the disparity may not be so great. North Rodeo is dangerous though if she runs to the form displayed on 7/20, would recommend North Rodeo over Little Gypsy exacta. King City Kitty could complete the exacta also.
