Race 4 Pick: Medzendeekron:GHR Speed Figures give him a slight advantage over Aggie Engineer, but the 7 furlongs and Gomez aboard will give Medzendeekron the advantage. The only drawback is he comes back w/ 1 week rest. Booted at 3-1 I think is overrated. Haraldo to finish underneath in the exotics has a shot.

Race 9 Santa Maria Handicap (G1): Briecat Her last effort was pretty remarkable in terms of Speed Figures, having run faster than Model who has gotten within a length of Zenyatta. She is 15-1 ML and although she may have a handicap because of the pace she may have to deal with, but at the price is worth a shot. Her trainer Vladmir Cerin is notable for being more capable at getting horses fit in route races as opposed to sprints. Santa Teresita has the right style and the GHR Speed Figures to compete.
